Critique Workshop

Join a group of other writers in critiquing portions of each other's work.

  • RSVP Required: Participants must sign-up in advance. (Register online, in-person, or by phone by Monday, 10 Apr 2023 at 9 a.m., 723-5850).
  • This workshop must have at least 5 people signed-up in advance , or it will be cancelled.
  • Each author will have approximately 15 minutes (depending on how many authors are participating) for their critique and is responsible for his/her own copies.
  • Each author may bring up to five (5) pages, double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1-inch margins. Authors bringing more pages or works with more condensed spacing or font may be be stopped in their readings at a best-estimate equivalent by the facilitator.
  • Details as to how many copies to bring will be sent out via e-mail the week of the critique, after authors have sent their RSVPs for the critique. Each author is responsible for making copies of their own work.
  • Workshops are signed-up for individually, not collectively.
